1.1 Age Restriction

2.3 Account Suspension

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks. If your account balance does not update after a deposit, please contact our customer service.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be restricted to the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Checks

The welcome bonus offered by funk789 is 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The bonus must be wagered 25 times (wagering 25x) before it can be withdrawn.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 24,000 Ks → balance 44,000 Ks → must wager 24,000 × 25 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 180,000 Ks → bonus 100,000 Ks → balance 280,000 Ks → must wager 100,000 × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
• The bonus can only be claimed once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonus funds may only be used on specific games and may have different conditions from your own funds. funk789 reserves the right to cancel the bonus of any player suspected of abusing promotions at any time.

4.3 VIP Tiered Cashback

The funk789 VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Bronze members receive up to 0.2% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0%. As you play more and move up the tiers, we will offer you better rewards.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited while playing at funk789. If any of them are carried out, your account may be immediately suspended or closed.

• Attempting to claim bonuses without genuine play
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches
• Breaching bet amount limits in a game
• Using software tools or bots
• Collusion (coordinated cheating)
• Money laundering
